Turkish citizenship can be obtained through several avenues, including: Investments starting from $400,000; Marriage; By birth if at least one parent is a Turkish citizen; Through employment after five years of working; Acceptance into citizenship after living in Turkey for five years; For special merits and extraordinary achievements. 

The Turkish citizenship through investment program, commonly referred to as the Turkey Golden Visa, was initiated in 2016. This program allows foreign investors to obtain Turkish citizenship within four to six months. The minimum investment option is to purchase real estate valued at a minimum of $400,000. 

There is no mandatory timeframe for completing residence permit or citizenship applications. The process is typically finalized within a minimum of 4 months and a maximum of 6 months. Exceptions can be considered, of course.
